Through this film we wish to spread the message that a proactive public will in the long run discourage & reduce the proliferation of terrorist attacks on innocent civilians. This can be done without resorting to arms.
Silent features of the film:– Title: We Shall Overcome
Conceptualised, guided, written & produced by: Mrs Yashaswini Tembe
Theme: Common citizen’s efforts to overcome terrorist attack.
Duration: ~ 30 min.
Logistics & participation: Air Force Base, Baroda
Actors: Amateur artists of all age groups including children & Sr. citizens.
Forward: Maharaja Ranjitsinhji Gaekwad
The film is being screened all over India in many clubs, colleges, schools, camps, etc.
The film also highlights simply how the training in NCC is of immense help to defend oneself in counterattack.
