• We worked with the Department of social justice & empowerment, GoG, in Adarsh Niwasi Kanya Shala at Darjipura from 31st Dec 2016 to 31st March 2018 training around 50 interested girls to join Bharatiya Military and were later on selected on merit.

• In year 2018, 12 girls from Adarsh Niwasi Kanya Shala, Vadodara got admission into Raksha Shakti University and simultaneously applied for Police & Paramilitary forces.

• The proposal to induct women in Army Police was in the pipeline for sometime, which got cleared by the Army in Dec 2017 & was finally approved by the government in Jan 2019.

We would like to state here that our NGO certainly played an effective catalytic factor in Army’s decision to induct women in non-officer and officer cadre through NDA. In June 2022, the first batch of girl students joined NDA.
