Elocution competition (PAN India)

Introduction

Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated every year on July 26th to pay tribute to the bravery of Indian soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice for the country during the Kargil War (1999). In the coming year, it is falling on Sat, 26 Jul.

The Kargil War, also known as the Kargil conflict, was fought between India and Pakistan from May to July 1999 in the Kargil district of Ladakh and elsewhere along the Line of Control. In India, the conflict is also referred to as Operation Vijay, which was the code name of the Indian military operation in the region. The result was an Indian victory: India regained possession of Kargil.

Experience and Role of E Plus in conducting Elocution competition (PAN India) on Kargil Vijay Diwas

In the year 2021, two organizations of Vadodara, E Plus Foundation and District Sainik Welfare and Rehabilitation Institute, headed by Mr. Surjit Singh Raghav, organized a beautiful online All India Oratory Competition.

You all will be happy to know that it got a very good response from all over India. 172 students participated in it. In which the correct videos were of 134 children, which were thoroughly tested by our capable testers. There was tough competition among all three groups.

And our objective – to create awareness among people about the Kargil war – was successful to a great extent. So this proves our experience in handling such PAN India competitions. Below is our leaflet to prove the same.

Why this elocution?

Every year our topic changes, initially it was on the Kargil war, but this time we are proposing – “In 1971, an internal crisis in Pakistan resulted in a third war between India and Pakistan and the secession of East Pakistan, creating the independent state of Bangladesh.”

The Topic is subject to change, as per the jury’s suggestion, so another subject selected is the Maratha empire.

Every year, this year also we conduct an elocution competition so that, parents, teachers, children, and their friends all read, understand, and discuss the Bangladesh War, the heroic deeds of our defense forces, planning, strategy, and execution, to win this war.

Due to this competition, their academic excellence and self-confidence increased and our objective to create awareness among people about the valor of our defense forces also became successful to a great extent.

How many of us have correct information regarding this historical event? Knowledge is the first step to empowerment. The aim is also to awaken the feeling of inspiration and patriotism. Studying this subject will dave positive results on their minds.

Their role models will be real-life heroes; Not real-life heroes.

They will know the true meaning of war skills. The story of the bravery of martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the 1971 war.

Attractive prizes have also been kept to encourage the children.
